Rustic dreams come true for Hollie and Caleb | Tregedna Weddings

Rustic dreams come true for Hollie and Caleb with us here at Tregedna Weddings. They both loved our beautiful rustic setting, and our location Tregedna is nestled in the Cornish countryside not far from the beach. The accommodation that we offer was also an added benefit friends and family could all be together for the whole weekend with no extra fuss.

Their theme for the day...Cornwall meets Boho! Both Hollie and Caleb wanted it to be a relaxed, fun and joyful wedding day where everyone felt included and well-fed!

On the day, Hollie looked fabulous in her boho version of a traditional ball-gown wedding dress. In her hair, she wore gypsophila and a beautiful floor-length veil. Caleb looked very handsome in a Next grey three-piece tweed; he sensibly chose a lighter tweed for the summer. Did we mention something about being well-fed? They indeed were, the feasting began directly after the church service where the newlyweds and guests were treated to a Cornish cream tea ( jam first! ). Then it was onto us for their reception, where they all enjoyed a glass (or two) of prosecco and warm cheese straws, all homemade by Hollie's mum!

When the time came for the wedding breakfast, all were seated in our large barn, ready for their Piglet Cottage Hog Roast with a delicious selection of different side dishes. All went down a treat and was beyond all expectations for a humble hog roast! To finish, bring your own dessert! Their guests did not disappoint and they had many desserts to choose from.

Hollie and Calebs Top tip to other couples is this...

Try not to stress about the little things. You honestly won't notice them on the day, and it is so much more about the beauty of saying your vows, who you are celebrating with and how you feel. What it's not about is the colour of the napkins!

This is not quite the end of the story Caleb was inspired by his wedding so much that he is now a wedding videographer!
