Becky and Peter’s Wedding

Tregedna is a very special venue for Becky and Peter for many reasons.

"Firstly, my uncle used to work alongside the family when the wedding barn was a working barn - we have since sadly lost my uncle, so this made us feel close for our special day. Secondly, being a local, I knew I had to have a wedding that resembled my love and passion for Cornwall. Can you get any more Cornish than a beautiful barn nestled in the countryside?"

Becky has an arty background, and the pictures of the day will last a lifetime, so photography was important. Becky scrolled through many photographers, which she found on multiple wedding sites, eeek! Weddings and Facebook until she found Tom Robinson.

"His portfolio was incredible. He was super fantastic throughout the day; he was fun, chilled and funny!"

Becky and Peter wanted their wedding to be relaxed - yet fun.

It was important for the couple that everyone they loved had a role in which they helped towards the big day. Becky's gran did our flowers, my best friend made all the pretty decorations, and my sister and her boyfriend helped with the food. They had Kernow Forno's fresh wood-fired pizzas, and these went down a storm! In the evening, we had Pips pasties supply s with a large crate of pasties.

"I wanted to show that I'm a Cornish girl through and through, so we had to have pasties!"

The dress

"My dress was perfect! I brought it from Frocks and Frills in Constantine. I am not a flamboyant person and wanted a simple yet beautiful dress. I felt incredible for the whole day! When can I wear it again!"
