Ana and Tristan's Relaxed Wedding Day | Tregedna Weddings

"We just knew Tregedna was the perfect place! Liz is absolutely amazing, and it was her we loved so much! The barn is just fantastic and so versatile! We were so excited to be able to offer accommodation to our friends travelling from overseas!"

After marrying at St Mawnan in St Stephen's Church, the newlyweds travelled to Maenporth beach for a few photos and then onto their reception with us here at Tregedna. On the day, Ana looked beautiful in her accidental Phase Eight find and carried a beautiful bouquet by Helen of The Flower Shed! Tristan wore a suit he had made to measure when travelling (according to his wife, he looks phenomenal in it). The vibe of their day was fun, relaxed and free! On arrival to Tregedna, guests were greeted outside with bubbles and scones with jam and cream, followed by an incredible Middle-Eastern inspired feast in The barn, which looked absolutely stunning covered in greenery. Ana and Tristan love to share food, so a Middle-Eastern banquet-style meal by Pencoose Pantry was simply perfect.

Ana's mum spoilt the newlyweds and their guests by booking the best band in town, The Motown Pirates. Is it even a cornish wedding if you don't have pasties? At 9 pm, Mary's Pasties came out to replenish guests after hitting the dance floor!

Favourite part of the day?

"Aside from the marriage ceremony itself, which felt like only we and our lovely vicar Geoffrey existed and was the most intimate and beautiful service. Followed closely by the incredible moment when we stepped into the barn for our wedding breakfast, everyone was cheering and banging the tables; it was just so overwhelming and beautiful to be surrounded by so many people you love and who love you! "
