Rachel and Chris's DIY Wedding Day | Tregedna Weddings

Rachel and Chris planned a simple, fuss-free outdoor DIY wedding with us here at Tregedna. They loved that they had our barn venue for the whole weekend, allowing their guests to stay and celebrate eating great food, enjoying some drinks and dance A LOT! On the day, Rachel looked stunning in her fitted floor-length lace dress with a low back and long necklace. The dress perfectly matched the wedding theme, simple and natural - a dress she found at Wed2B in Exeter. She carried a stunning bouquet made by her dad! WOW! Talented Dad. The groom looked very relaxed in his navy chinos, white shirt, navy bowtie and a cream blazer (that he collected from the DPD depot the morning of the wedding!) PHEW!!

At Tregedna Weddings, flexibility is our mantra giving all our couples the freedom to design their special day just the way you want it, and we are also here to help! When Rachel realised she hadn't organised enough seating for their guests, I was more than happy to step in and organise hay bale seating which worked perfectly with their wedding theme, and they were delighted.

After their fun, laughter-filled outdoor ceremony and speeches, Tim of Tim Woolcock Photography whisked the newlyweds away for photos on Maenporth beach. Not only is this an excellent opportunity to get great wedding photos it’s also a perfect time to be together just the two of you for the first time as Mr and Mrs.

"Absolutely can't pick a favourite part of our day. We had so much fun from start to finish. Tregedna really was the perfect place to make our wedding our own. It was the most relaxed day with our friends and family. Exactly what we wished for."
